Meet the Team
hi there, i'm nicole.
Founder, ginger,
and self-proclaimed wedding badass
Just call me the wedding Queen of Savannah, Georgia weddings (j/k, but really...I am knee-deep in the wedding industry between our wedding boutique (Ivory + Beau) and all things wedding planning and floral design on this side of things. I'm obsessed.
A Savannah transplant, Nicole was born and raised on the opposite side of the country in rainy Portland, Oregon. Nicole is outdoorsy, weird, creative, funky and hard-working. She loves flowers, the beach, tacos, cats, dinosaurs (especially her Springer Spaniel, T. Rex,) kickball and Instagram. On any given workday Nicole can be found replying to 100's of wedding planning e-mails, creating floral design proposals, managing the shop and doing all the tasks that come with running and operating a small business.
She is passionate about every aspect of weddings and loves being able to run a business that helps brides find their wedding dress and accessories, and then going a step further to offer wedding planning and wedding coordination as well as floral design to couples.

SALES EXECUTIVE, FLORALS AND PLANNING
Mom of 2, Jillian, comes from working events at Princeton University and is now working to help manage the wedding planning and floral design team at Ivory & Beau. In addition to making sure the I&B Team can handle the hundreds of weddings each year she will be planning weddings from start-to-finish too!

Georgia Southern grad and former Division 1 soccer star, infusing energy and creativity into every celebration. Beyond her role at IB Event Co., Claire's extensive knowledge in events and passion for design make her known for turning visions into reality!
Megan
LEAD FLORAL DESIGNER
Former Miss Georgia contestant, law-school dropout turned wedding planner, Megan is your go-to girl for planning the wedding you always wanted. Our head florist, with life long flower experience. She has a true eye for design and style. Her bubbly, Southern personality will put a smile on your face any day of the week.

Immigrated to America from Iran, from architect/interior design to now helping IB Event Co. with all things flowers! Her natural eye for design has helped her transition into this role while she learns & strengthens her English more and more everyday.

She supported one of our big priorities in utilizing as many black-owned, POC-owned and female-owned vendors as possible. They made our wedding day absolutely spectacular!
